If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full, as the time has been specifically reserved for you.

Payment
Payment is requested by bank transfer 48 hours prior to your session. Bank details will be provided at the time of booking. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received.

Late Arrival
If you arrive late, every effort will be made to accommodate you. However, the session will still need to end at the scheduled time to respect other appointments, and the duration may therefore be shortened.

Confidentiality
All personal information and any details shared before, during or after your session are held in strict confidence and stored securely.

Health and Rescheduling
If you are experiencing a temperature, persistent cough or symptoms of illness, please call to rearrange your appointment. This helps protect the wellbeing of everyone using the space and ensures you receive your session when you are able to fully relax and benefit from it.
