REIKI SESSIONS

WITH GAVIN HUGHES

Presence, Integrity, Care

Gavin's approach:

“Reiki is a gentle and accessible form of energy healing that invites balance rather than force. I attune to a loving, sacred and intelligent healing energy and allow it to flow to where it is most needed; trusting in the wisdom and unfolding of each session.

Each session emerges from a gentle framework, guided by intuition and by what is present for you on the day. Some experiences are deeply restful, others clarifying.

While my formal training is in Reiki, my experience of healing energy extends beyond any single tradition; I remain open to that wider field, offering support that is both grounded and expansive.”

What to Expect

Who this work is for ...

Gavin’s intention is to support people in rediscovering a deeper sense of connection — to themselves, to those they love and to the wider living world around them.

Modern life moves quickly. Although we are more digitally connected than ever, many experience stress, fatigue, restlessness, difficulty sleeping or a sense of being constantly “on”.  Gavin gently guides clients towards a calmer nervous system and a more rooted experience of themselves.

Clients come from a wide range of backgrounds and stages of life. Some are entirely new to Reiki or energy healing. Others have an established spiritual practice. What they often share is openness, curiosity and a willingness to explore. When trust and gentleness shape the space, there is the potential for meaningful reconnection and renewed resilience.
